The manufacturer's Cessna division said it planned more layoffs on top of the 44-percent work force reductions it has already made.

SAIC Inc., up $1.10 at $18.70

The defense contractor's first-quarter profit and sales rose as the U.S. military bought more cybersecurity and logistics products.

KeyCorp, up 90 cents at $5.50

RBC analysts upgraded the banking sector, saying the worst of the financial crisis was over, and named the regional bank a top stock pick.

Anadys Pharmaceuticals Inc., down 15 cents at $1.90

The biotechnology company is cutting 20 jobs, nearly half its work force, and a drug development program as it struggles with funding.

Wind River Systems Inc., up $3.76 at $11.76

Intel Corp. is buying the software maker for $884 million in cash, or $11.50 a share, to help the chip giant diversify beyond PCs.

UAL Corp., down 17 cents at $5.12

The United Airlines parent is planning to replace a big chunk of its fleet after years of refraining from buying new planes

Odyssey Marine Exploration Inc., down $1.66 at $2.21

A federal judge recommended the $500 million sunken treasure discovered by the shipwreck-exploration company be returned to Spain.
