The Energy Department will likely report a 107 billion- to 112 billion-cubic foot jump in natural gas reserves on Thursday for the week ended June 12, according to a survey by Platts, the energy information arm of McGraw-Hill Cos.
The Energy Information Administration releases its weekly report at 10:30 a.m. EDT.

Last Thursday, the EIA said natural gas inventories held in underground storage in the lower 48 states rose by 106 billion cubic feet to about 2.44 trillion cubic feet for the week ended June 5.
After that report, natural gas for July delivery rose 22.5 cents to settle at $3.933 per 1,000 cubic feet.
