Williams-Sonoma Inc. on Monday declared a regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share.
The San Francisco-based home furnishings retailer said the dividend will be payable Aug. 24 to shareholders of record July 27.
Williams-Sonoma said that as of May 31, it had 105.7 million shares outstanding.
