The homebuilder reported a big jump in new house orders from the previous quarter, but posted a bigger loss than analysts had expected.

UBS AG, down 67 cents at $12.30

The Swiss bank said it expected a loss in the second quarter and would raise about $3.5 billion in stock sale to institutional investors.

Robbins & Myers Inc., down $1.65 at $19.80

The industrial equipment maker said its orders dropped in the third quarter and issued guidance below Wall Street expectations.

Lear Corp., down 15 cents at 39 cents

Media reports said the auto supplier is prepared to file for bankruptcy protection as a debt payment deadline looms on Tuesday.

Webster Financial Corp., up 74 cents at $8.02

The bank said it completed a capital-raising exchange of convertible preferred stock and other securities for cash and common stock.

NASDAQ:

Palm Inc., up $2.20 at $16.22

Analysts said the handset maker indicated it would return to profitability in 2010 and that the new Pre's early sales in June are strong.

Immucor Inc., down $2.29 at $13.80

Shares hit a 4-year low after the medical products maker said the FDA will revoke a manufacturing license, citing a January plant inspection.

Tibco Software Inc., up 61 cents at $7.41

The business software maker's second quarter profit grew from last year, topping Wall Street expectations despite a tough market.
