HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) _ A run-up in the share price of aluminum maker Alcoa Inc. and an oversupply in the aluminum market coupled with insufficiently rising demand prompted an analyst Monday to downgrade the stock.

NEW YORK (AP) _ An analyst at Merriman Curhan Ford upgraded shares of Regal Entertainment Group and raised estimates for Imax Corp. and Carmike Cinemas Inc. Monday after the Paramount Pictures film "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" took the top spot at the box office during its opening weekend.

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) _ Ball Corp. is aggressively cutting costs and could soon benefit from a rising volume, an analyst said Monday as he upgraded the plastic and metal packaging company.
