Fluor s fell $.86 or 1.6 percent, to $51.29.
FosterWhl fell $.13 or .5 percent, to $23.75.
Quanta Services fell $.10 or .4 percent, to $23.13.
Shaw Group fell $.22 or .8 percent, to $27.41.
