American Internation fell $.18 or 13.2 percent, to $1.16.
MBIA fell $.12 or 2.7 percent, to $4.35.
MGIC Investments fell $.09 or 2.0 percent, to $4.36.
XL Capital fell $.20 or 1.7 percent, to $11.29.
