Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:

Aetna fell $.02 or .1 percent, to $25.03.

CIGNA fell $.20 or .8 percent, to $23.89.

Coventry Healthcare rose $.12 or .6 percent, to $18.83.

Humana rose $.13 or .4 percent, to $32.39.

UnitedHealth fell $.18 or .7 percent, to $24.80.

WellPoint fell $.16 or .3 percent, to $50.73.
