Judson Green to join Hewitt Associates board

Human resources consulting and outsourcing company Hewitt Associates Inc. said Wednesday that Judson Green will join its board.

He will also serve on the company's audit committee.

Green, 57, is vice chairman and the former president and CEO of Nokia subsidiary Navteq Corp. (Chicago). He previously served as president and chairman of Walt Disney Theme Parks and Resorts and chief financial officer of Walt Disney Co.

Green also sits on the boards of DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. and Harley-Davidson Inc.

Shares of Hewitt Associates added 22 cents to $30 in morning trading.
