NEW YORK (AP) _ An analyst cut his rating on Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. to "Hold" from "Buy," citing its current valuation and a cautious outlook for the broader exchange operator sector.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Myriad Genetics Inc. plunged in premarket trading after the company forecast disappointing revenue from its molecular diagnostics business, which provides almost all its revenue.

NEW YORK (AP) _ One analyst kept a "Hold" rating on Sealy Corp. shares after the mattress maker reported results that met expectations. A second analyst said revenue trends seem to have stabilized.
