Akamai Technologies fell $.73 or 3.6 percent, to $19.51.
Amazon fell $2.68 or 3.3 percent, to $78.92.
eBay fell $.40 or 2.4 percent, to $16.38.
Google fell $9.83 or 2.3 percent, to $409.16.
Yahoo fell $.33 or 2.1 percent, to $15.08.
