Fluor s fell $1.65 or 3.3 percent, to $48.81.
FosterWhl fell $1.38 or 5.9 percent, to $21.99.
Quanta Services fell $1.12 or 4.9 percent, to $21.74.
Shaw Group fell $.72 or 2.6 percent, to $26.47.
