Chevron fell $2.10 or 3.2 percent, to $64.42.
ConocoPhillips fell $1.10 or 2.6 percent, to $40.96.
Exxon Mobil fell $2.07 or 2.9 percent, to $68.49.
Marathon Oil fell $1.30 or 4.3 percent, to $29.00.
