Shares of some top managed care companies are down at noon:

Aetna fell $.87 or 3.4 percent, to $24.66.

CIGNA fell $.47 or 1.9 percent, to $24.10.

Coventry Healthcare fell $1.05 or 5.5 percent, to $18.01.

Humana fell $1.17 or 3.6 percent, to $31.35.

UnitedHealth fell $.90 or 3.6 percent, to $24.26.

WellPoint fell $1.41 or 2.8 percent, to $49.84.
