After hitting the Start Page, you can jump right into your lessons either from the beginning (if you're just getting started) or from wherever you left off by clicking on the lesson plan to the left.

Each lesson consists of a number of segments, including an introduction to the lesson's main points, a lesson summary that outlines major takeaways, and the homework. 

To move to the next page in the seminar, simply click on the next link at the bottom of the page. You can jump around within or to other lessons at any time during the seminar by clicking on the Lesson Plan on the left of each page. You can go back to your last page by clicking the "back" button in your browser.
