The Berkshire Meeting

By Yi-Hsin Chang (TMF Puck)

In late spring of every year, thousands of investors flock to Omaha, Nebraska for the Berkshire Hathaway (Nasdaq: BRK.A) annual meeting. The event, which includes a baseball game, a trip to Dairy Queen, and discount shopping at Nebraska Furniture Mart, has become a pilgrimage of sorts for Berkshire diehards and fans of Berkshire CEO Warren Buffett.

We Fools wanted the inside scoop on all the hoopla, so we sent Yi-Hsin Chang (TMFPuck) off to the land of the Cornhuskers to experience the Berkshire annual meeting firsthand. You'll find her diary of the event, notes from the meeting, and a photo page in this collection. It's almost as good as being there.
