Today's video focuses on stock price action, valuation metrics, and recent news affecting Advanced Micro Devices (AMD -1.81%), Nvidia (NVDA -2.48%), and Sea Limited (SE -1.05%). Here are some highlights from the video.

  1. On Oct. 8, Nvidia reported that it had acquired Oski Technology, a company dealing with formal verification methods. Oski provides solutions to the semiconductor industry by using various techniques to ensure no bugs make it into the semiconductor chips.
  2. Sea Limited continues to expand into new countries. In September, it launched Shopee in Poland, which has made its way into the top daily downloaded apps in the country. According to some reports, Spain is the next country Shopee will be entering in Europe.
  3. AMD, Sea Limited, and Nvidia's stock prices have fallen a few percentage points below all-time highs. These three companies provide solutions in growing markets like e-commerce, fintech, artificial intelligence, and much more. Long-term investors who can withstand volatility should keep their eyes on these three companies as possible dollar-cost averaging positions.
