Is Shopify Planning an Acquisition After Its Stock Split?

In this video, I will be talking about the potential acquisition of Pinterest (PINS -1.55%) by Shopify (SHOP 0.23%) and why it actually makes sense for both sides. On June 28, Shopify's stock is set to split. This will be a 10-for-1 stock split, which means that shareholders will receive nine additional shares for each one they own.
