Having dividend-paying stocks in your portfolio is a good way of generating cash during market downturns.

In this video, I will be talking about four dividend-paying companies that you might want to add to your portfolio in the month of August. Dividend stocks can provide stability during rough times like today. Intel is currently the only one in my portfolio, but after that disastrous earnings report, some say it should cut its dividend payout. So I might look to add more in these coming months.
