1 Real Estate Stock That's Ridiculously Cheap and Another That Looks Too Expensive

These two real estate stocks are worth a closer look, but for very different reasons.

Medical Properties Trust (MPW +2.28%) trades for a rock-bottom valuation of about 0.4 times its book value, a remarkably cheap level for any real estate investment trust. On the other hand, STAG Industrial (STAG +0.66%) looks a bit on the expensive side relative to its peers. In this video, two of our contributors discuss the stocks and whether either is worth a closer look for investors.
