A recent legal settlement by the National Association of Realtors changed the way homebuyers and their agents work together. Although this is a major change, it's unclear how much of an impact it has had on the actual real estate market. In this clip, I ask eXp Realty (EXPI +0.88%) CEO Leo Pareja what he's seen in his massive organization.
