Refiners like Valero (NYSE:VLO), Phillips 66 (NYSE:PSX) and Marathon (NYSE:MPC) are making a killing on exporting gasoline and diesel to Latin America and Europe. While that's not good for the consumer, investors should do well. Tyler likes Valero best due to its high dividend.
