Chicago Bridge & Iron Declares its First Dividend of 2013

The engineering and construction firm keeps its payout steady.

Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI) has declared its next dividend. The company will disburse $0.05 per share of its common stock on March 28, to shareholders of record as of March 18.

The firm matched the disbursement it's been handing out recently. It has paid $0.05 every quarter since it restarted dividend payments in March 2011. Prior to that, its last distribution was made in December 2008. This amounted to $0.04 per share.

The upcoming dividend annualizes to $0.20 per share. That yields 0.4% at Chicago Bridge & Iron's current stock price of $54.01.
