In the following video, Motley Fool industrial analyst Blake Bos takes a look at the preliminary counts coming in for UPS(UPS -0.45%) labor contract vote. While the national master contract looks as though it will pass, 14 regional and local contracts have been rejected so far. Blake discusses in the video why he thinks a strike would be unlikely, but shows how the margin the contract is passing by highlights a much bigger problem for UPS: nearly half of its employees are dissatisfied with the contract. He compares this vote to the last labor contract vote tally at UPS, which shows that employee satisfaction rates may be getting worse, not better.
