He takes a look at demand levels across the past 10 to 15 years, and asks the question, "If demand could rebound to 2006 levels, would homebuilders be cheap today?" What about to 2001 levels? Blake gives investors a solid picture of whether or not homebuilder stocks are actually pricey at today's levels.
