Tech giant Apple's (AAPL -0.57%) all-important iPhone release is just days away. As the company typically does, Apple opened the iPhone to pre-orders the week before it was set to ship -- sort of. There's one caveat: in several key markets, the high-end iPhone 5s is not available for pre-order, only the iPhone 5c.
