Following closely on the heels of Apple's (AAPL -0.57%) high-profile unveiling of its latest products, Sprint (S) today announced it will begin retailing the latest iPads starting Nov. 1. Both the iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina display will be available through the mobile operator, in both Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi plus cellular configurations.

The Air is the latest iteration of Apple's full-sized iPad, while the Mini with Retina display is an upgrade of the tablet's smaller form.

Sprint has not yet specified its pricing of the new models. A representative from the company told The Motley Fool that this information "will be available once the device is available online."
