Back in the summer of 2011, Bank of America (BAC 2.54%) agreed to an $8.5 billion legal settlement with a group of private investors that included AIG (AIG 0.80%). Matt highlights of the size of the two companies' equity bases and why any impact will be nearly immaterial.
