From noon to 1 p.m. ET today, Chipotle (NYSE: CMG) co-CEO Monty Moran will be participating in a live chat with Fool readers -- just click the chat below to get involved.

Moran has been Chipotle's co-CEO since January 2009, and before that served as the company's president and chief operating officer. He and co-CEO/founder Steve Ells have made Chipotle shareholders very happy: The stock is up more than 400% since its 2006 IPO (including a 150%-plus run in 2010).

For the uninitiated, Chipotle is a fast-food burrito chain that, by its own admission, does only a few things but does them "really well." There are now 1,000 restaurants in the U.S. and Canada, and the Mexican Grill is even considering bringing its fast-casual "Food With Integrity" concept to Asian food .
