TMFLenaKatz | lena.katz@foolcontractors.com
Lena Katz is a writer and producer whose most recent CRE project was the LoopNet premium content experience launch. Prior to that, her background spans unscripted television (Film-45, HGTV, Bunim-Murray), consumer lifestyle publications (USA Today, Yahoo, Playboy) and creative work for major brands (Sony, Los Angeles World Airports, MGM Resorts). Lena is the founder of creative studio Variable Content, which specializes in identity design, brand storytelling, "real people" casting and social impact campaigns for corporations and enterprise-level businesses. She discovered the commercial real estate space when content creation for the hospitality industry led her down the rabbit hole of adaptive reuse, neighborhood revitalization, and mixed-use space innovation. She lives in Miami where there's never a dull moment in real estate development.
