Disenfranchised with the high cost and lack of choices offered in her 401K, Ruth moved her retirement savings to a Self-Directed IRA (SDIRA) in 2015 and purchased three rental properties that continually deliver 13.9% ROI annually. Discovering that real estate investing was not only profitable, but also a lot of fun, Ruth has continued to build a personal portfolio of buy-and-hold properties, as well as doing 2-3 fix-and-flips per year. A licensed REALTOR in Maryland, Ruth loves helping other investors find and acquire income-producing real estate assets. Ruth holds an MS in Finance from Johns Hopkins School of Business (1991) and a Business Management degree from University of Maryland (1984).
