The BIGO segment includes revenues from social entertainment platforms, including Bigo Live, Likee, and imo. The All Other segment represents the Huya and YY Live transactions and the elimination from historical segment results of both discontinued businesses as reportable segments. The company was founded by Xueling Li and Jun Lei in April 2005 and is headquartered in Singapore.
