EPS came in at $0.39. The three earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $0.64 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.39 for Q1 were 25% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.52 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 30.4%, 630 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 18.2%, 480 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 13.9%, 610 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $34.52 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.69.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $143.02 billion. The average EPS estimate is $3.14.
