Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL ) is experiencing mixed reviews for the new iPad Mini, which, going by historical standards, sold well but not spectacularly during its first weekend on sale. And yet I'm a believer in the Mini. Bigger than the Kindle Fire and Nexus 7 but smaller than its homegrown peers, the Mini is going to be every bit as deft at handling Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG ) many entertainment and productivity apps as any other device on the market. And that's a huge win for the search king, as the video below explains.
Though Apple has remained coy about Mini sales so far, its component commitments suggest a record-breaking quarter is in the works. That leaves investors with a lot of information to digest.
