EPS came in at $1.23. The 29 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $1.28 per share. GAAP EPS of $1.23 for Q2 were 4.2% higher than the prior-year quarter's $1.18 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 72.2%, about the same as the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 35.0%, 40 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 23.5%, 50 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $1.24 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.86.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $5.31 billion. The average EPS estimate is $3.87.
