With some of the biggest mortgage players reporting earnings this week, what should investors be listening for?

Wells Fargo (WFC 0.26%) and JPMorgan (JPM 0.39%) are the two biggest players in the mortgage origination business. This Friday, both megabanks will report earnings and hold conference calls. After dominating the mortgage business for the past couple of years, competition from the likes of Bank of America (BAC 0.24%) may be heating up.
