Third Time's a Charm for Qualcomm

Mobile chip giant Qualcomm  (NASDAQ: QCOM  ) has now received three bullish research notes from Street analysts. Qualcomm is set to capture more content in Samsung's Galaxy S4, with its chips in more variants. Last year, Qualcomm faced competition from NVIDIA's  (NASDAQ: NVDA  ) Tegra, but this year, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 600 seems to be holding its own quite well in current Android devices. Later in the year, Apple  (NASDAQ: AAPL  ) will give Qualcomm a baseband boost in the new iPhone.

In the video below, Fool contributor Evan Niu, CFA, explains why investors should be bullish on Qualcomm.

NVIDIA was ahead of the curve launching its mobile Tegra processor, but investing gains haven't followed as expected, with the company struggling to gain momentum in the smartphone market. The Motley Fool's brand-new premium report examines NVIDIA's stumbling blocks, but also homes in on opportunities that many investors are overlooking. We'll help you sort fact from fiction to determine whether NVIDIA is a buy at today's prices. Simply click here now to unlock your copy of this comprehensive report.

    Agree completely on Qcom!

Qcom absolutely hasnt gotten credit or respect after the very bullish comments from Paul Jacobs in the earnings call. Data supported a positive move. Top line and bottom line growth are phenomenol and I'd like to see this stock respond to what should be another great quarter due to mobile growth.
