Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) has a new chief financial officer -- acquired from its old sister company, AOL (NYSE: AOL).

Arthur T. Minson Jr., who had lately been working for AOL in such capacities as chief operating officer, chief administrative officer, and yes, CFO, too, will be rejoining TWC as its own new CFO on May 2. The cable TV company announced Monday that he will replace Irene M. Esteves, who is leaving the company.

Terms of Minson's compensation package have not yet been disclosed, nor filed with the SEC.
