Single-tenant commercial property operator American Realty Capital Properties (VER) announced yesterday its monthly June dividend of $0.07583 per share, a 1.6% increase over the $0.0746 per share payout made in May and the sixth consecutive quarterly increase to its annual dividend.
The board of directors said the dividend is payable on June 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 8. American Realty has paid a dividend every month since 2011.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.91-per-share annual dividend, yielding 5.5% based on the closing price of the stock on May 30.
