Oil and gas industry services provider Core Laboratories (NYSE:CLB) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.32 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past two quarters after raising the payout 14% from $0.28 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Aug. 19 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 19. The energy industry services provider has made quarterly payouts to investors since 2008. Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.28-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.8% based on the closing price of Core Labs' stock on July 9.
