With all of the anticipation surrounding Apple's smart TV -- which remains only a rumor at this point -- the buzz around increasing TV functionality is on the rise. While Microsoft's (MSFT -4.19%) Xbox One grabbed a lot of press, Comcast's (CMCSA -6.08%) new X1 service  was largely glossed over, receiving little attention. The Comcast smart TV answer is limited when compared to the offering from Microsoft, but the relative cost makes it likely to be more widely adapted.
