Mark Zuckerberg is, of course, the name everyone associates with Facebook (NASDAQ: FB  ) . But Motley Fool contributor David Meier thinks it's Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg who holds the key to its future success.

In the video, David explains why. He believes that data and analytics are the key to Facebook's success, and those are areas that the chief operating officer is focused on. He believes Sandberg is doing a good job, and is bullish on investing in Facebook for the long term.
