On March 12, gaming and entertainment company WPT Enterprises (Nasdaq: WPTE) released fourth-quarter earnings for the period ended Dec. 31.
- The top line increased by 13%, primarily driven by the delivery of 24 episodes of the PPT television series.
- Domestic television licensing margin almost doubled to 62% because PPT production costs had already been expensed.
- The company plans to debut its online gaming website in the middle of 2007.
