Microsoft (MSFT 1.82%) is moving too slowly in getting a mini tablet to market, Fool contributor Tim Beyers says in the following video.

Look at the numbers. Apple (AAPL -0.35%) had been preparing to sell anywhere from 40 million to 55 million iPad Minis this year alone. Google Nexus 7 has also proven to be popular, at one point accounting for 10% of all Android tablets sold. Why isn't Microsoft cashing in on the trend, especially when its larger Surface tablets have failed to sell nearly as well as Mr. Softy hoped?
