The Motley Fool Holdings, Inc., a financial technology company dedicated to helping the world invest better, announced today that Suzanne Frey, Director of Google Apps Security, Trust, Compliance, and Privacy, has been elected to the company's Board of Directors.

At Google, Frey is responsible for protecting the personal and sensitive information for everyone around the world who uses Google Apps including Gmail, Inbox, Google Drive, and Docs. She brings over 20 years of experience in leading advanced technology operations and systems design to The Motley Fool.

She is a founding member of Google's Global Women Leadership Organization, she currently serves on the Wellesley Business Leadership Council, and she is a Board Member Emeritus of MIT Sloan's Sloan Fellows Board of Governors. Frey is a graduate of Wellesley College, with an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management.
