Motley Fool Duke Street advisor Rich Greifner says that while he might not be a fast-food junkie, Yum! Brands is a best-of-breed slinger of food on the go. The company owns more than 37,000 restaurants in more than 110 countries, but Greifner is most excited about its opportunity in China. To see Greifner's thoughts, watch the video and then read on below:

Yum! was the first fast-food company to enter China back in 1987. While this had some growing pains, Yum! has learned from the experience and created a vast distribution network throughout the country. Also, the company has managed to tailor its offerings to local tastes, which is an area McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) has struggled with.

Beyond China, Greifner sees opportunities in several markets. Because of its fantastic opportunities abroad and well-run operations, Yum! Brands is our "11 O'Clock Stock" for the day.
