Interactive conglomerate IAC/InterActiveCorp (Nasdaq: IACI) reported second-quarter earnings on July 31.
- At first glance, the numbers seem impressive. But adjusted EPS paints a bleaker picture, dropping a penny from last year to $0.31 and missing analyst estimates.
- Not thrilled with the concert lineup this summer? Neither is Ticketmaster, which saw weak domestic ticket sales for the quarter.
