3 Stocks on Our Radar

In the latest installment of our Motley Fool Money podcast, advisors Seth Jayson, James Early, and Shannon Zimmerman discuss some of the big questions of the week.

  • Now that "too big to fail" banks like JP Morgan Chase (NYSE: JPM  ) and Bank of America (NYSE: BAC  ) are even bigger, should investors be worried?
  • Will Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL  ) rumored new "tablet" mean the end of Amazon's Kindle?
  • With financial stocks on the rise, should Citigroup (NYSE: C  ) be on your watch list?
  • And which member of our illustrious panel will be the first to use the word "bifurcated" correctly in a sentence?

All that, plus hear why Intel (Nasdaq: INTC  ) , Dynamic Materials (Nasdaq: BOOM  ) , and AIG (NYSE: AIG  ) are the three stocks our panel is eyeing this week.

The Steve Jobs Betrayal
You may already know that in the final year of his life, Jobs revealed a stunning betrayal — and told his biographer, "I will spend my last dying breath... and every penny of Apple's $40 billion in the bank to right this wrong." What was it that made Jobs so irate — and why could it make a few in-the-know investors some major profits over the coming months and years?

Enter your email address below to find out what made Jobs so enraged!

Chris Hill owns shares of none of the companies mentioned. Apple is a Motley Fool Stock Advisor recommendation. The Motley Fool owns shares of Dynamic Materials, a Hidden Gems recommendation. You probably heard the Fool’s disclosure policy ain't in the deception business; it's in the transparency business. And cousin, business is a-boomin'.

Don't know Dynamic Materials? Then by all means, give a listen and find out why that stock is on Seth Jayson's radar. ;-)

Besides, it's free. (The podcast, not the stock.)

All the AIG short squeeze frenzy begs a question from me that I've not yet answered: What is the future for the nat gas ETF UNG? Different sort of animal for a lot of reasons, but there's one similarity -- limited shares. The demand has been there for UNG and could be even more sought after if the handlers add the right value to back the price.

Sorry, I can't find the podcast about Dynamic Materials, Intel, etc. The podcasts for Sept 3 is about Marvel, Ebay, etc. and when you click on the podcast for Aug. 28, it's the same as Sept.3. Where on the Motley Fools web site do you find the podcast that is promoted above? It's not at the link given.
