EPS came in at $0.58. The 12 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $0.54 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.51 for Q2 were 8.5% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.47 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 18.1%, 100 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 8.8%, 170 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 4.3%, 40 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
