    Linkedin cannot serve different masters. Third party recruiters are the vibrant force driving traffic, viewing the pages, etc. They are the Link in Linkedin. Yet this group is the target, in the crosshairs, of Linkedin. Hiring Solutions is a platform designed to eliminate third party recruiters and allow businesses to connect directly with job candidates. So effectively Linkedin is cannibalizing itself.
